Representative Alcos has been constantly working on various projects to improve the community

welfare of District 41, Ewa Beach. There are times where it gets difficult due to multiple

government agencies having a piece of the responsibility for a project. Without missing a step,

here is Representative Alcos meeting with James Koshiba who is the Governor's Coordinator on

Homelessness which is just one of the many government entities responsible for properties

needing improvements in District 41. This will not only provide homeless individuals in District

41 an opportunity to take a journey through state programs towards wellness, but it will also

allow hidden treasures like Oneula Beach Park (better known as Hau Bush) be utilized by

citizens from all over the island.
